Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for the Onpublik Motion SaaS platform.

1. Subscription billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan (monthly or yearly).

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Future renewals will stop after cancellation.

3. Refund eligibility

We generally do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods. If you believe there was an unauthorized or incorrect charge, contact us within 14 days for review.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests may be approved on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
